Kewo Engineering is providing lighting design for the South Oxnard Library and South Oxnard Center to address deficiencies in the existing system, including entrance, parking lot, and sidewalk lighting. The scope of work includes:

  • Review background material and data 
  • Site Survey 
  • Conduct a site walkthrough of the existing electrical / lighting conditions including a measure of the existing photometrics with the site.

  • Conceptual Design and Design Development, a preliminary lighting design that meets the City Code and Title 24.

Owner: Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) 
Period: 2021 – 2022

Kewo Engineering was responsible for designing a new bus yard facility and associated equipment and the adjacent 4,080 sqft office building. Kewo Engineering provided LAWA with the following services: 

• Basis of Design and Early Preconstruction (Electrical) 
  • BOD narrative & Drawing 
  • Model of Existing and Proposed Conditions 
  • Technical Specification 
• Enabling work (Electrical) 
  • Temporary utilities electrical service 
  • Lighting and power for field offices, storage facilities and other construction facilities and areas.

Kewo Engineering provided construction support for Omnitrans for Charge Ready Transport Program at West and East Valley. Kewo Engineering was responsible for providing following engineering service:  

• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule.  
• Review drawings to develop schedule of values and bill of materials  
• Arrange and facilitate meetings with Omnitrans, SCE, contractors, and stakeholders   
• Develop Jobsite Safety Plan and Covid-19 Exposure Prevention Preparedness and Response Plan
