Kewo Engineering is providing project management and engineering services for capital improvement projects, including planning, design, and construction oversight, to ensure each project is delivered effectively and meets its goals. Our responsibilities include the following:  

• Coordination with City staff 
• Perform design and engineering to develop projects’ construction contract documents 
• Research/review and condition assessments 
• Identify, evaluate, and develop CIP project scope of work  
• Prepare construction bid packages and specifications, including electrical and civil engineering 
• Perform research/reviews/studies, and condition assessments 
• Prepare RFPs and review consultants’ proposals; provide feedback to City staff 
• Manage consultant and construction contracts (design, bid, and construction phase oversight) 
• Assist staff with cost estimates, reports, agreements, and other documentation 
• Perform miscellaneous tasks for capital project support 
• Coordinate and attend periodic update meetings
