The objective of the project is to relocate the existing aerial power and communication lines to underground installation, including relocating a pad-mounted transformer. 

Kewo Engineering provides engineering services for a critical project that involves relocating a dry utility aerial power line and communications cable. This project will transition these utilities to a new underground installation. Kewo Engineering is providing MVWD with the following services: 

• Site Assessment and Documentation 
• Design of Distribution Underground Power Line.  
• Relocation of aerial power lines to an underground installation  
• Relocation of pad-mounted transformer per future construction plans  
• Relocation of communications cable to an underground installation 
• Coordination with SCE  
• Utility Coordination and Permitting
