Kewo Engineering provided engineering services to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) to support the procurement of qty.225 38kV SF6 power circuit breakers for several LADWP facilities as part of LADWP’s Power System Reliability Program.

Kewo Engineering’s services for this project include:

• Assisted LADWP engineers with answering technical questions by the circuit breaker manufacturer, GE, regarding the circuit breaker specification.
• Reviewed drawing submittals from the circuit breaker manufacturer and provide markups, comments, and recommendations of approval. These drawings include bushings, equipment outline, circuit breaker mounting, control cabinet, internal components, schematics, wiring, current transformers, nameplates, and bill of materials.
