Kewo Engineering provided engineering support services for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for the submarine portion of the Sylmar 500kV Ground Electrode Project.

Kewo Engineering is providing the following services:

• Review and advise on DC electrode and fiber optic cable design.
• Review and advise on cable routing through the ocean.
• Develop testing and commissioning procedures.
• Assist with testing of custom submarine joints.
• Test and commission BOTDR equipment to monitor submarine cables.
