Kewo Engineering is providing engineering services for the Azusa Tunnel Repair. This includes providing the following services:

• Project Management & Coordination.
• Perform site visits to conduct assessments to determine the best methods for repair.
• Develop and issue 30%, 60%, 90%, and final design submittal.
• Obtain existing concrete samples to develop design requirements for anchors and epoxy.
• Respond to RFI’s during construction and review submittals.
• Develop documentation and drawings for transmittal to FERC for approval to perform work.
• Draft and submit as‐built drawings.
• Develop a summary of completed work.
