Kewo Engineering provides the full range of electrical engineering services for the City of Banning Electric Department for various projects such as Stagecoach Substation Design and Construction, Ivy Substation Design and Construction, Underground, and Voltage Conversion Project, and Distribution System Upgrades.

Kewo Engineering’s scope of work includes the following items:

• Underground and Voltage Conversion Projects and Distribution System Upgrades involving poles, cross, arms, insulators, hardware replacement, dual voltage transformer installation, and replacement, rebuilding, and upgrading of overhead and underground circuits.
• Ivy Substation Design and Construction involves environmental review, geotechnical studies, and surveying, structural engineering. 4kV to 12 kV voltage upgrades at Airport Substation, two 69×34.5kV/12kV Transformer Procurement, 12-kV Switchgear Procurement, and 69 kV Power Circuit Breaker Procurement.
• Stagecoach Substation Design and Construction has a similar concept of work with Ivy Substation but located at Aloha Substation involving the environmental review, geotechnical studies, surveying, structural engineering, 4kV to 12 kV voltage upgrades at Alola substation, two 69×34.5kV/12kV Transformer Procurement, 12-kV Switchgear Procurement, 69 kV Power Circuit Breaker Procurement.
