Kewo Engineering was providing the full range of electrical engineering services for the City of Banning Electric Department for various projects such as Stagecoach Substation Design and Construction, Ivy Substation Design and Construction, Underground and Voltage Conversion Project, and Distribution System Upgrades. It included as the following: 

1. Conducted field investigations and prepare calculations, design drawings, construction and material standards, construction specifications, material and equipment specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules as may be required to define the work for completion by either the Utility or a Contractor hired by the Utility. 
2. Performed project management services including development of project scopes, schedules and budgets, maintenance and updating of schedules and budgets, conducting periodic project review meetings, and preparing project progress reports. 
3. Assisted the Utility with the procurement of materials and equipment needed to complete the projects. 
4. Construction support services including the preparation and updating of project schedules and completion-cost estimates, conducting weekly on-site project review meetings with Utility and contractor representatives, preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes, preparation and maintenance of action items, review of contractor submittals, requests for information, change requests, and payment requests, and completion of as-built records and drawings. 
5. Assisted with preparation of bid packages, review of contractor bids and provided construction support services.
